This hotel is centrally located to the tourist sites in Simi Valley and has wonderful connection to the 118 freeway. It is a very nice hotel with a very comfortable room and bed. It had a great variety of cable channels on the TV. The most exceptional area of this hotel was the breakfast room. It had beautiful tables and chairs to sit at while eating. Also, It had such a great variety of foods both hot and cold on the breakfast bar. It also had a automated pancake machine that I had never seen at a hotel before. We were able to park not to far away from our room that happened to be on the first floor.

The staff was amazing. The front desk man helped open the door for us when we were struggling to get our belonging in. Very nice and helpful. Cleaning was great and breakfast staff was wonderful. They were always refilling and cleaning tables. Nice to see they really care about the guests. The room we got was a suite and we didn’t realize it would be with 2 bathrooms and two adjoined rooms which was great to have with 6 people.

The staff (a lady with an accent in particular- don't know her name) was extremely polite, welcoming such a breath of fresh air to the mornings always enquiring if everyone was alright A wide range of breakfast items to choose from Always very clean environment The white vegetarian egg omelette was such a good change to the normal

Comfortable room, two sinks and mirrors (one in bath and one outside the bathroom) made it easy for two of us to get ready. The breakfast was very good and facilities were kept clean and food was replenished.
